By local ordinance the carts must be picked up and evacuated off the island if a Hurricane watch is issued for the island, renters will be credited unused portion of rental fee if cart is picked up for Hurricane watch.
Carts will be picked up with NO refund of rental fee, if stopped by a police officer or rental agency for unsafe, dangerous, abusive, or alcohol related use.
